Privacy Policy
Effective 22 October 2026
TrackingFlo is an ad-attribution analytics app, a product of Wealth Connects LLP. In this policy “we” and “us” mean Wealth Connects LLP, operating TrackingFlo. It shows a business which ads led to which sales. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: connect@salesproclub.com.
Who is responsible for what. For TrackingFlo account data (the sign-in details of the people who use TrackingFlo) we, Wealth Connects LLP, are the controller. For data about a business’s buyers and website visitors (orders, visits, ads data and the contact details in them), the connected business is the controller: it decides what its tracking collects and why, and we process that data on the business’s behalf, only to provide its reports.
What we collect
- Your account: the email address and name you sign up with, and a salted hash of your password.
- Ads data, when a business connects its Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google ads account: ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads and creatives, and their spend and performance numbers, read through those platforms’ APIs, and the Facebook user ID and name of the person who connects Meta, to label that login.
- Orders and payments, when a business connects a payment or store provider such as Razorpay, Shopify, Stripe or WooCommerce: order and payment records received by webhook, which can include the buyer’s name, email, phone number and amount paid.
- Website visits, from the tracking snippet a business installs on its own site: pages viewed, referrer and campaign parameters, the visitor’s IP address and the country, region and city derived from it, device and browser type and the browser user agent, Meta browser identifiers (the fbp and fbc cookies/click ids), a name if the visitor submits one in a form on that site, and an email or phone number as a hash where the business’s site passes one to us.
Why we use it
Only to provide attribution reporting to the business that connected the data: matching orders to the ads and visits that led to them, and showing that business its own reports. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling of our own.
Data from Meta
- TrackingFlo connects to Meta through the Meta app Wealth Connects LLP also uses for its messaging product, Optyflo. That app is named Optyflo, so the Facebook Login window and your Facebook Business Integrations list show “Optyflo” when you connect TrackingFlo. Optyflo’s privacy policy (optyflo.com/privacy, section 8B) describes the same Meta data use.
- We read ad-account structure (campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives) and ad insights (spend, results), plus the connecting person’s Facebook user ID and name, using permissions the business grants when it connects.
- It is shown only to that business’s own workspace, is never sold or shared with data brokers, and is not used for any purpose unrelated to that business’s reports.
- If a business turns on the Conversions API, we send Meta the purchase events it configures so Meta can measure its own ads. An event carries the order value, currency and time, and the buyer’s hashed email, phone, first name and country where available, plus the visitor’s IP address, browser user agent and Meta click and browser ids (fbc, fbp). Nothing is sent unless the business sets it up.
- You can revoke access at any time (see “Your choices and rights”). We handle Meta Platform data in line with Meta’s Platform Terms.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data. We share it only with providers we need to run the service, such as our hosting and database providers, and Anthropic (USA), which writes report summaries from aggregated findings (campaign and ad names with spend and impact figures, never raw rows) when that feature is on. They process it on our instructions. The business that connected the data and the people it invites to its workspace can see it. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Security
Access tokens and webhook secrets are stored encrypted. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Email addresses and phone numbers are hashed for matching and for sending to ad platforms; order records keep the buyer’s name, email and phone as received from the store or payment provider. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and each workspace can only see its own data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep a workspace’s data while its account is active so that its reports stay accurate. When you ask us to delete your data (see data deletion) we delete it within 30 days, except for what the law requires us to keep.
Your choices and rights
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing connect@salesproclub.com.
- Disconnect an integration in TrackingFlo under Integrations, or remove Optyflo (the Meta app TrackingFlo uses) from your Facebook settings (Business Integrations); because the app is shared, this can also affect Optyflo WhatsApp, if you use it.
- If you are a buyer or visitor on a business’s site, that business is the controller of that data and decides what its tracking collects. Contact the business, or us, and we will help it remove your data.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as to object to or restrict processing or to complain to your data-protection authority.
Children
TrackingFlo is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
